New Year, New Look, New Stuff

There's nothing as great and freeing (for me) as redoing, reorganizing and...REDECORATING!  I've been wanting to redo the entire look of my shop and blog for a while now.  And, what better time than the present?

I made some temporary changes to my shop that I feel reflect more what my shop and my cards are about.  While I truly love the theme that was created for me, I'm just really needing some change.  Because change feels good!

I will slowly but surely be changing the look of my blog soon.  So, don't freak out when you come visit and it looks totally different.  I tend to do that in my house too.  Sometimes you feel sort of stuck in a rut and you don't know why.  Then you change a few things around your home, add some color, switch some stuff out and VOILA, a new outlook.  Perhaps it's just me but I have always been seriously aesthetically sensitive.

I want to share a new card with you.  I have added a few to the shop and will be sharing here as well.  Little by little I will also be retiring some designs as I continue to build my small shop up to what I dream it will be.  It amazes me how some people can do this so quickly.  It's seriously taken me years to figure it all out.  And I still have lots to learn and do.

So, without further ado, here is a newbie.  Inspired by the glasses I own that I rarely wear but I love nonetheless.

I've also decided to rethink the watermark thing.  I've learned that watermark or not, people will still copy you.  So, there's nothing I can really do about it.  Just keep being me.

Also, before I go, I wanted to thank all of the new fabulous peeps that have started following "The Sweet Spot"  and for sharing with your comments.  It really does mean the world to me.

See you all later in the week!
Make it a SWEET one!

P.S.  I haven't forgotten about Quilling 102, I just need to find the time and have a perfectly sunny day for picture taking.  Hang in there, it WILL come! ;)
