How pretty is your packaging?

One of the most difficult things I find about having a small business is the packaging.  I don't want to spend too much on materials.  But I really want my packages to look pretty and entice people to come back to my shop.  How do I keep costs low without sacrificing style and cuteness?   Truth be told, I still don't have the answer to that.  I continue to learn each day. I want to provide packages that are responsible (as eco-friendly as possible) preferably with materials that can be reused or from materials that are repurposed. One thing I do know is that I have to be true to myself.  Therefore, I have to send something out that I would like to receive.

I've spent most of the day filling orders (in between lots of cyber jumping around).  I packed these pretties and wanted to make the box match the insides.  Let me know what you think and what (if any) tips you might have on packaging your goodies.

I used my recycled craft boxes and tapped into my huge stash of handmade paper and my (other) huge stash of satin ribbon to make a pretty package I'm proud to send out.

On another note, I'm excited that today my DIY Cork Stamps were featured on A Beautiful Mess blog.  What an awesome blog!  So happy they found my little DIY and proceeded to share it with their readers.

Now, let me get back to packaging and creating.
